Thank you for shopping with CLD Footwear. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely across India.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed the next working day. You will receive a confirmation once your order is placed.

Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: ₹49 per order.
Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may include a small additional handling fee, shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time
Metro cities: 3–5 business days.
Other locations: 5–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen conditions.

Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across India. Some remote or non-serviceable pin codes may not be available for delivery — this will be indicated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to track your shipment in real time.

Delays
While we try our best to deliver on time, CLD Footwear is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require re-shipping charges.
